Harvey has been appointed by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners to the Impact Fee Review Committee. Mr. Harvey’s term will end on May 17, 2024, and he will serve as the committee’s Vice Chair.

He defends financial institutions and individuals in regulatory proceedings before the SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory authorities.
